The Avendano Health Experience

How Your 12-Week Program Works

STEP 1

Choose Your Goal

Explore treatment categories based on what you're trying to accomplish.

STEP 2

Enroll & Complete Your Medical Evaluation

Enroll in your 12-week program and complete the required medical evaluation. A licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate and selects the medication and dose when clinically indicated.

STEP 3

Medication Is Delivered to You

If prescribed, your medication and required administration supplies are shipped directly to your home.

STEP 4

Store & Transport as Directed

Store your medication according to the dispensing pharmacy's instructions and bring it with you to your scheduled Avendano Health appointment.

STEP 5

Come to Avendano Health

At each scheduled visit, our clinical team confirms your active treatment order, verifies your medication and completes your scheduled administration.

STEP 6

Continue Your 12-Week Program

Return according to your prescribed treatment schedule while Avendano Health coordinates your in-office care experience.

Most launch programs are scheduled once weekly. NAD+ 50 mg is scheduled twice weekly. Frequency is ultimately determined by the patient's active provider order. The finalized operations model specifies 12 weekly visits for typical programs and 24 visits for the twice-weekly NAD+ pathway.

Purchasing a program does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed; clinical eligibility must still be determined.
