Most launch programs are scheduled once weekly. NAD+ 50 mg is scheduled twice weekly. Frequency is ultimately determined by the patient's active provider order. The finalized operations model specifies 12 weekly visits for typical programs and 24 visits for the twice-weekly NAD+ pathway.

Avendano Health administers treatment according to the active provider order and does not independently alter prescribed medication doses. Individual results vary. Purchasing a program does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed; clinical eligibility must still be determined.
